A little about me…

On the professional side I’m a corporate communications professional with 25 years of experience looking for a new position. Please click on my resume and samples if you would like to learn more about my skills and view examples of my work.

On the personal side I’m a Red Sox and 49ers fan.  I love the beach, especially the sound of the waves rolling onto the shore. I love to read and am obsessed with my kindle. See the photo above of me reading and freezing this Spring at Misquamicut Beach, RI.

I love to travel and my long-term goal is to visit all 50 states. So far I’ve managed to visit almost half. Those trips to Europe and the Caribbean keep side tracking me! Not that I’m complaining.

I’ve recently taken up tweeting. One, to stay current and two, as a way to stay linked to my teenage niece. I’m following my niece, some favorite authors, chefs (Mario Batali) and travelers (Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations).
